About Us
Alice Milne is a consultant and coach, assisting organizations and individuals in change and process management. She supports clients to experience growth, affirm their strengths and explore opportunities for improvement. Ms. Milne uses Panoramic Feedback™, an Internet-base feedback system to customize projects. Her career coaching clients find value in the follow-up action plans and assessments using Kolbe™ and EQ-i™.
Ms. Milne has a wide client base that includes businesses in the area of manufacturing, engineering, financial services, business consultancy, healthcare as well as professional associations and non-profit organizations, such as regional municipalities.
Ms. Milne has extensive experience with feedback and assessment projects, consulting on creation and design and co-ordinating project management. She pays close attention to the needs of each client, assisting them to customize their feedback experience to meet critical objectives and deadlines. She specializes in guiding clients through their on-line projects and providing post project coaching and support, either directly or through a number of global leadership associates.
Ms. Milne holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from University of Western Ontario, is a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Core Essentials Graduate (CEG) of CoachU. She is certified to provide EQ-i™ and Kolbe™ assessmentes. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation.
Ms. Milne balances her work life with travel, sports and family, and fundraises for various charity events, including 'The Ride to Conquer Cancer' and 'The Weekend to End Women's Cancers'
Laurie Bellan is the Director of Administration at AMI Feedback. She brings many years of experience in the healthcare field, and much enthusiasm for the assessment and feedback process. She is a graduate of Fanshawe College and is now enjoying her second career managing projects.
Ms. Bellan balances her work life with outdoor activities, travel and family. She is a tennis enthusiast and supports her local minor sports and Highland Games.
