Use our project services to introduce 360 Degree Feedback into your practice.  A 360 Degree assessment can shorten the path of discovery for both the coach and the client.

The survey function of the online tool is used to gather important data to provide a foundation and start the dialogue for the coaching experience.  Coaches can build their own assessment and surveys, or choose from a range from our library. 

Consultants

Contact us to incorporate 360 Degree Feedback into projects for your clients.  You may have your own set of competencies or can work with us to develop a customized questionnaire.  Building on this foundation and using the Panoramic Feedback™ tool, AMI Feedback provides project support. This includes consultation and determination of critical decisions and dates for process implementation. Our company provides communication documentation, and options for those not comfortable with the online response system.

Consultants effectively use AMI to facilitate data export and aggregate reporting to formulate education plans or determine training needs for their clients.
